I enjoy immersing myself in whatever medium feels right, for the piece at hand. I find that following my instincts can help my creativity flow. My process, I have realised is one of looking and digesting, and creating from a space of remembered images and feelings.
The images are either from life or from deliberately looking at primary and secondary sourced images created from body fluids. This can then lead to a mixing of real forms with created imagined forms. I follow where my imagery takes me as artist, because through experimentation and investigation, I am finding a truer form of my own practice
